PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order request with Purity in a Box via the website www.purityinabox.com, it is deemed that you have read and understand the following terms and conditions.
ORDER
Currently we take online orders at www.purityinabox.com and deliver our products within the zone of Cyprus. We are afraid that at this point we cannot accept any orders placed from countries other than Cyprus. If you have placed an online order and you are not a residence, please contact us via email on contact@purityinabox.com so we can arrange a full refund of your payment.
Please note that sometimes bank charges may apply in order to complete the refund transaction.
Once you have placed your order request, you will receive an email to confirm your order details. It is important to check these details as soon as you receive the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via email.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once an order has been placed you are able to change your order within 24 hours. After the time limit has passed, we will not be able to change your order due to the sensitive nature of your order (i.e hygiene reasons)
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
An order request can be cancelled 24 hours from the time that it was placed. Cancellation can be done by emailing contact@purityinabox.com. You will need to include your order number, your full name as well as the reason for cancellation. Please note, we cannot cancel orders if the 24 hours limit has passed.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email and return the amount.
RETURN OF GOODS
We cannot provide any refund if by any reason you wish to return your order after delivery.
ORDERING GIFT FAVORS AND PERSONALIZED CRAFTS
When you wish to order personalized crafts, christening, wedding or party gifts, please contact us before placing your order for additional information.
ONLINE SHOPPING SECURITY POLICIES
As part of these checks, we may contact you and ask you to verify some of your order information.
In the unlikely event of an unauthorized use of your card, you must report the transaction to your payment provider.
