ABOUT DELIVERY

We are not able to guarantee a delivery date because deliveries are executed by a third party. Note that your name, address and phone number will be forwarded to the courier in order to enable the hand delivery process. The time of the parcel to reach its destination, usually takes 3 working days after we contact the courier. Public holidays may delay the delivery process.

When making a purchase from Purity in A Box, you are not entering into any contract that guarantees a set delivery time. During peak times, we reserve the right to extend our delivery time. We will deliver the order within a respected amount of time. You will not be able to proceed to a refund claim in the case of a delay of delivering goods.

We always deliver all orders to the address entered on the order page. It is essential that you provide a complete order address including details such as the flat number, unit, room number, street address, postcode, town, full name and phone number.

Kindly note that in certain cases, for areas that are difficult to reach might take extra working day in transit and extra charges. Kindly contact us through email at purityinabox to provide us with additional information.

We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, airport terminals, hospitals or army bases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the information provided regarding the delivery address is correct.

Ιf the courier service is unable to contact the customer or if the customer does not contact us, through no fault of our own, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.  If we have exhausted all possible methods to fulfil the order, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement.

The ‘Purity in a Box’ is not responsible in any orders that the recipient refuses to accept. No refunds will be issued to the customer where the recipient, for any reason, refuses receipt of the item.

CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY

When goods are signed, this is considered proof that the order was successfully delivered to the recipient.

You are assured that we are taking special interest in GDPR regulations and in protecting your private data. Additionally, we have signed date transfer agreements and disclosure confidentiality agreements with the courier provider.
